If you are already signed up for Rec, and your child makes the travel team, your Rec Payment will be credited towards the GYBA payment. GYBA fees will be approximately $275.00 this year.

Please see below the schedule for tryouts:

5th Grade 6-7:30

6th Grade 7:30-9

Thursday October 28th

We are continuing to work on building our girls program and hope to start fielding teams for this tournament in the near future. We have had low turnout recently so as of right now are not fielding a team for girls for GYBA.

AAA, our community, and our children need you!!

AAA holds an annual membership meeting in December of each year. The time, date, and location for this year’s annual meeting will be announced in October. One of the most important purposes of this meeting is to elect members to serve on the AAA Executive Board or as a Sport Assistant Director or Director.

AAA is a volunteer organization. Without volunteers, we simply would not be able to offer recreational sports programs for our community’s youth. The current Executive Board and Sports Directors have worked diligently to make AAA a well-organized and efficient organization. Just as the outgoing members once took the baton from their predecessor, they are ready to pass the baton to the next person to carry on the success of our association and programs. New officers will be given a plan and have the support of current and previous officers to offer guidance in their position.

If you have a heart for service, consider running for a position with AAA. Very few of us came into this with any experience, we were just willing to help! If you have any questions, you can email If you are ready to “put your name in the hat,” click on the following link to fill out the nomination form. AAA Officer Nomination Form

AAA Board Meetings are on Zoom

A goal of the current AAA Board has been to make the work that we do more transparent for the community that we serve.  We will begin broadcasting our monthly meetings via Zoom for anyone who would like to observe the meetings.  Our next meeting will be on Monday, November 8 at 7pm. If you would like to attend the meeting a Zoom link will be posted here on the day of the meeting.

AAA Sports & COVID 19

The first priority of AAA is to provide a safe environment for the children in our community to enjoy the physical, social, and emotional benefits of participating in team sports activities. The AAA Executive Board and Sports Directors continue to be in close contact with local, state, and national health officials and sports organizations to ensure that we can provide a safe environment for our participants and volunteers and will follow guidelines as recommended by these healthcare experts.

It is highly recommended that eligible children ages 12 and older receive one of the approved COVID vaccines. These have proven to be safe and highly effective in preventing the spread of the virus. Sport-specific guidelines will be communicated by the sports directors to coaches, players, and parents as they are updated or changed.

Please feel free to email any questions, comments, or concerns that you may have to or contact the director of the sport you are interested in participating in.
